Currently, the issue of copyright infringement in the field of fine art has become rampant and it is one of the reasons why the national art has been increasingly eroded. Responding to VTV4 interview on this issue, Ms. Do Thi My Lien, Industrial Property representative of National Office of Intellectual Property – Director of Havip Intellectual Property Co., Ltd., analyzed the status of copyright infringement as well as the regulations of law on copyright in Vietnam.
