With over 25 years of experience in the IP Industry, Ms. Do Thi My Lien is one of the leading experts in Vietnam in consulting, establishing and protecting IP rights domestically and internationally. In 2005, she officially established HAVIP Intellectual Property Company Limited after being granted an industrial property representative card by the Intellectual Property Office.

Under her leadership, HAVIP has quickly established its position in the IP consulting market. Not only practicing in Vietnam, she has also expanded operation to countries in the region, such as Myanmar (from 2020), Cambodia (from 2021) and Laos (from 2022). To date, Ms. Lien has represented thousands of domestic and foreign enterprises in protecting intellectual property in 4 Southeast Asian countries, accompanying them in developing their brands and protecting their legal rights in the market.
